We gladly accommodate up to two pets per residence. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 applies to the first pet and $250 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent ranges from $20 to $60, determined by the pet screening results. All pets must be screened annually through petscreening.com. Pets are limited to a maximum weight of 75 pounds each. Residents and their guests are required to clean up after their pets; failure to do so will result in a pet waste pick-up fee.
