One of the biggest things that impressed me was how thoroughly she reviewed the condo documents. There were hundreds of pages, and she caught a small clause that could have created problems later. She immediately brought it to the attention of the attorney and made sure it was addressed before moving forward. Most agents would never go that deep. Communication was excellent throughout the transaction. Whenever I called or had a question, she was already one step ahead and had the answers. At closing, Ilona even provided a beautifully organized closing book with all the documents, important dates, maintenance reminders, and a list of trusted vendors and contractors. That level of detail and follow-through is rare. People talk a lot about technology and AI these days, but experiences like this remind you how valuable it is to work with a real professional who truly understands the business and looks out for your best interests.
