Start your day at one of the city’s many parks, such as John D. MacArthur Beach State Park. Then, head to The Gardens Mall for some shopping. Enjoy fresh seafood at one of the city’s waterfront restaurants; then, after dark, catch a show or enjoy live music at one of the city’s many bars and nightclubs. In Harbour Financial Center, Angry Moon Cigars is a relaxed smoking lounge with a piano bar serving whiskey and cocktails. More than just a great name, The Parched Pig has perhaps the best happy hour in the city, with delicious bar food and dedicated weekly nights for live music, tiki bars, and wine discounts. Swampgrass Willy’s in the south of Palm Beach Gardens hosts live bands, karaoke nights, and a sports lineup with televised games, pool tables, and darts.
There are also numerous festivals to see while in the city, including the Pumpkin Patch Arts & Crafts Festival, Jupiter Beer Wine and Spirits Festival, and Palm Beach VegFest WPB. The VegFest is a vegan festival for the whole family where you can educate your kids on the finer things of vegan life (there are also vendors selling yoga gear, tea, oils, jewelry, and more).
