The gardens, open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., highlight a century-old connection between Japan and South Florida, beginning with an agricultural community headed by Japanese farmers. Despite the farm’s demise, traces of these farmers’ efforts and lifestyles are preserved at the museum.
